Unraveling Threads

Unraveling Threads 

As long as I have been alive,

I have been nagging these threads 

that are the woven tapestry 

of my life. 

Each one a manifest representation 

of my life schema, though no single thread 

encompassing or revealing the whole truth, 

yet still, each multicolored thread 

affirming their own individual importance.

I am content to continue unraveling 

each fine grain of thread, 

until I have unraveled, 

the very last fiber.
